Tiffany is a cool neighbor and friend. We are blessed to have her perched above us.   I drug her out to the park overlooking Locust Beach one evening and told her to walk around and act whimsical and sprite.  Here’s what we got.  Don’t feel left out of the fun though;  if you are a nice neighbor to someone you should explain yourself and why you deserve a free photoshoot as well, in the comment field below.
